Welcome,
It was in July 2021 that we discovered this pretty house in the La Ville Pain district of Cancale, the crush was immediate. Our cottage project took shape with this traditional house and its magnificent garden located in a quiet and preserved area of Cancale.
The immediate proximity of the city center and its shops (300 meters), the port of La Houle (600 meters), its oyster beds, its restaurants allow you to do everything on foot, it is a great starting point for hikers that we are towards the paths of the customs officers in the direction of the tip of Grouin or the Bay of Mont Saint Michel...
Ideally located for many visits, to the corsair city of St Malo, Dinard and its beautiful villas, its moonlit walk, Mont Saint Michel, the medieval city of Dinan and so many other beautiful discoveries.
Many beaches await you nearby.
We wanted you to find in the cottages of La Ville Pain comfort and equipment close to your home.
We will be there when you arrive to welcome you, your beds will be made, towels are provided, you will leave without worrying about cleaning.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Arrivals are from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., departures before 11 a.m.
Cleaning is included in your service, however you are asked to keep your accommodation in an acceptable state of cleanliness, clean dishes, leave the sheets in place. The vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment are in the wardrobe of the upstairs double bedroom (gîte) and in the cupboard to the right of the entrance to the studio.
Instructions for household appliances are available in the left drawer of the sideboard (lodgings) or in the cupboard to the right of the entrance to the studio.
Cleaning products are under the sink.
Selective sorting of waste (instructions at the end of the booklet) the containers for the bags are located near the gate in the garage.
The composter for vegetable waste (no meat) is in the garden.
A barbecue is at your disposal in a shed in the garden, please renew the charcoal and firelighters as you use it. The barbecue must be left outside until it has completely cooled, no hot ashes in the garbage cans . Make sure to leave the grid in a good state of cleanliness.
The TV receives programs via the internet (Molotov, etc.) you access it by pressing Home on the remote control.
