It was in July 2021 that we discovered this pretty house in the La Ville Pain district of Cancale, the crush was immediate. Our cottage project took shape with this traditional house and its magnificent garden located in a quiet and preserved area of Cancale.

The immediate proximity of the city center and its shops (300 meters), the port of La Houle (600 meters ), its oyster beds, its restaurants allow you to do everything on foot, it is a great starting point for hikers that we are towards the paths of the customs officers in the direction of the tip of Grouin or the Bay of Mont Saint Michel...

Ideally located for many visits, to the corsair city of St Malo, Dinard and its beautiful villas, its moonlit walk, Mont Saint Michel, the medieval city of Dinan and so many other beautiful discoveries.

Many beaches await you nearby.

We wanted you to find in the cottages of La Ville Pain comfort and equipment close to your home.

We will be there when you arrive to welcome you, your beds will be made, towels are provided, you will leave without worrying about cleaning.

BOOK WITH PEACE OF MIND

The arrival time is between 5pm and 7pm but arrangements can be made on request. The departure time is between 8am and 11am at the latest.

The reservation will be definitively confirmed by email within 24 hours of the request, a deposit of 25% will then be necessary to validate the reservation. (credit card or bank transfer).

The balance must be paid at the latest 30 days before the beginning of the stay, otherwise the stay will be cancelled and the deposit will not be reimbursed (booking fees).

Tourist tax for adults to be paid on the day of arrival (credit card preferred).
The client may cancel his reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The client will have to pay 50% of the total amount if he cancels within 30 days before arrival. If the client does not show up, he/she will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
