We discovered this pretty house in the Ville Pain area of Cancale in July 2021, and fell in love with it immediately. Our gite project was taking shape with this traditional house and its magnificent garden in a quiet, unspoilt area of Cancale.

 

The immediate proximity of the town centre and its shops (300 metres), the Port de la Houle (600 metres), its oyster beds and its restaurants mean that everything can be done on foot. It's a great starting point for the hikers that we are, heading off along the customs paths towards the Pointe du Grouin or the Bay of Mont Saint Michel...

 

Ideally situated for numerous visits, to the corsair town of St Malo, Dinard and its beautiful villas, its moonlit promenade, Mont Saint Michel, the medieval town of Dinan and so many other beautiful discoveries.

We wanted you to find in the gites of La Ville Pain comfort and facilities close to home.

 

We'll be there to welcome you on your arrival, your beds will be made, towels provided, and you'll leave without worrying about the housework.

RESERVE IN TRANQUILITY

Arrival time is between 5pm and 7pm, but arrangements can be made on request. Departure time is between 8am and 11am at the latest.

Reservations will be definitively confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours of the request. A deposit of 25% will then be required to validate the reservation definitively. (credit card or bank transfer).

The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday, failing which the holiday will be cancelled and the deposit not refunded (booking fees).

Tourist tax for adults to be paid on the day of arrival.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

CANCELLABLE AND MODIFIABLE STAYS (standard rate)
The customer may cancel their booking up to 30 days before arrival, and their deposit will be refunded except for the booking fee (booking fee €30). If the customer cancels within 30 days of arrival, they will be refunded 50% of the total amount of their stay paid in advance. If the customer does not show up or cancels less than 24 hours before arrival, they will not be entitled to any refund.

NON-CANCELLABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE STAYS

If the customer opts for a non-cancellable and non-refundable stay (-10% off the standard rate), this will be clearly stated on their invoice. They waive any right to a refund.​
